After installation, a new “Direct Mail” step is available within your Campaign or Program steps menu (to the left of any campaign/program).
If you cannot see the connector – click the ‘expand’ icon twice to show all steps.
To access the connector configuration, please follow the instructions below:
Add the step to the canvas
Double click on the created step to load the step information (see image to the left)
Click the ‘Pencil’ icon
Click ‘Let’s Go!’ on the pop-up.
You can setup the Administration settings at the following location (from the configuration screen)
Click Setup located at the top right
Click Settings from the drop-down menu
Click DirectMail from the resultant screen
Direct Mail Provider: Display Name
Post API Key: API code provided by the provider
This tab allows you to view and manage the details relating to the Direct Mail instance:
Type: Specify whether you wish to send a postcard or Letter and then select the relevant template (or create a new one)
Image (postcard only): URL of the image you wish to use as the front-side image
Message: With field merge, CDO field merge & personalised URLs
Dry run mode: Generates pdf preview instead of email
BPost Specific: View and manage the settings associated to BPost
Individual Instance: Stats
This tab allows you to view information in relation to the performance of the specific instance.
